Description: Tall, medium built. His build suggests muscle, but not too much (But not too little =P). Short blonde hair that flops over a purple bandanna. He has a long face, and baby blue eyes. Usualy wears a white jacket, jeans and blue shirt or khaki outfit. Has an English accent, but it's not totally noticable through all the "Eh?"'s that you can get from him. His broad shoulders make him seem bigger then he really is.
Personality: Quiet and shy, his years of total solitude left him not much of a conversationalist. He often avoids crowds of any sort and is submissive to anyone stronger willed or more outward then he. He certainly doesn't say much, but is extremely loyal to anyone who shows kindness to him. He may be submissive in personality, but once he's in his gundam, he's noone to push around. He's pretty much like a closed book, but it takes a little patience and kindness to open him up. After that, he'll follow the person around like a lost puppy. Can be hyper sensitive at times. Often doesn't know how to take or reply to people. Seems a bit more confident then he was originally, but will always be passive and submissive to people he doesn't know. One thing he likes and shares in common with most guys - eating. (Undoubtedly. He's a big guy.) Has a tendency (Though somewhat rarely) to be spontanious when not expected. Extremely loyal to Samantha. You could literally sing out, "He loves me, he loves you not" and be totally correct if Sam was to literally sing that. Dearly loves Sunny, his bright "Sunshine", who brings out the best in him.
History: His past is a lonely one that changed him greatly. Originally, about 3, 5 years ago, he ran his missions with optimisum and with confidence. He remained as the normal 13 year old Gundam piloting kid, running missions for his "Alpha", when two Gundam engineers/Mission providers, his and another, decided to team each of their Gundam Pilots together for a major mission. That is how he met Samantha Maxwell, pilot of the Gundam, GrimReaper. They got along great, like they were friends since forever - she dragging him about and he going everywhere gladly as a trademark, and was paired up as a team to attack a major Oz base. His part of the mission was to cause distraction with some major destruction while Sam went in undercover. After the meeting time was up, and Sam never appeared at the meeting point, he waited for her to appear, but she never did. After a day or so of a game of hide and seek with Oz in the vacinity, along with the dissapearance of his "Alpha", and believing that both Sam and his missions provider wither were killed or abandoned him. He dissapeared from all traces and is eventually forgotten about, hidden on a remote island for some years, away from contact in a deep broading silence and pretty much denying himself of a normal life. Hosh lived in Okami as shelter and lived off the island with the help of his survival training. His whole personality turned a 180 degrees since then, hence his fear of crowds and people. after awhile, a few years or so, he explored outside his self containment, finally finding himself and relizing his foolishness.
Now that he's found Samantha again, upon the Leoscetarius with other pilots, he decided to join them. Now he only opens up a sort of his old self for Sam, and keeps to himself with the others.
Now that their together together, they look like an odd couple - he stiff, proper and nervous, and Sam with a wild side! It's hard for him to show his affections, but they are there, deep inside...Now their married - now that their older, they seem even odder - Hosh towers over her at 6'2 and still growing, while Sam is at a 5'2.
Hosh's past before the gundams -
Hoshido's father is aggressively lively and controlling - he and his 3 older brothers barely let the boy breath before bombarding him with scoldings and tackles. His older sister is conniving and weasely, and his mother - who was the only gentle one in the family - was usually away on diplomatic duties, so was rarely seen. Most of the submissiveness Hoshido displays and feels is due to dailey routines of of being the scape goat and threatened by his older, bigger and stronger brothers - Even by his father. His sister usually weaseled off him. He one day runs away and meets up with a scientist, Dr. E. who takes him in and trains him to pilot gundam Okami. As well, he's introduced to Samantha Maxwell, pilot of Gundam GrimReaper.
